Hello Orcas,

We are in need of a few small items for our banquet. We are beginning to plan the end of year banquet and need to know who will be attending (or not). The banquet is March 26th from 6:30PM-8:00PM at LaGrange Baptist Church. In order to ensure we have enough food, we must know how many people will be attending the banquet. Please fill out this quick google form so we can get an accurate head count. Even if you are not going, please complete the form. All RSVP’s are needed by March 19^th.

We are planning to have a Chuy’s taco bar and will know final cost once we get an accurate head count. The swimmers will be free, but any additional family members will be charged $15-$20 each (we will have an accurate dollar amount once we have a head count).

The banquet is a great time to celebrate the swimmers achievements and this year we will have our final PR raffle with some amazing prizes up for grabs! Don’t miss it!
