Hello Orcas,

The December info is coming out a bit early this time as I will be out of the country and unavailable the next 10 days.  If you have any immediate concerns or questions, please reach out to Kelsey, Maurissa or Ruth.  All of the coaches can be reached at [email protected].

We have some fun things planned for the month such as another Coffee and Conversations, some exciting meets, and our Orcas Christmas Party!  The party was so fun last year and we are so excited to get to do it again.  More information, including a sign up genius will be sent closer to the event, but save the date, December 20th.

Sign ups for all meets in December close on Dec. 1st.  You MUST declare your swimmer as "attending" or "not attending," so please do so ASAP.

I have opened up all January meets for you to declare, so please go ahead and do that if you know you can or cannot attend.  You will notice a swim meet called PCY.  This is NOT a league meet and does require some travel accommodations to attend.  However, this meet is probably the best meet we attend, and is highly recommended for all.  It is so much fun to hang out with the team all weekend and we have had some very fast swims in this pool!  If you have more questions about this meet, please reach out.  The parents that have been before can definitely tell you how awesome this meet is.

We do plan to swim over Christmas break; however, practice will be cancelled Dec. 20th (for the Orca Christmas party), 24th, 25th and 31st.
